My friend isnt getting a email to confirm his account

Hi, me and a friend of mine got Red Alert 3 in the sales and decided we would play together. It took a while for us to realize that the servers are down and we ended up discovering your website. I followed the rules in downloading the launcher and such to see if it works and it did. in turn i told my friend about the website and told him that it works and you should make an account and follow the setup. The only problem is that my friend is not getting any email response to confirm his account. we waited for around 2-3 days and still nothing. I hope this reaches you for me and my friend are beginning to lose our marbles.

Please could you tell me the user name your friend chose. It might help if I knew your friend's email address too. You should send that to me by PM, rather than posting it here.
