Hello.

Recently I've installed MO:APYR, I feel I like it, but as I've hardly ever played CnC (Actually I bought whole collection a few days ago, and I've been playing a bit of that and Tiberium Wars), I'm still far from "getting into" game's flow, strategy, build orders, and how to play effectively (at the moment against AI). Honestly, it was hard to get used to the fact, that I have one build queque for each unit type.

Can you, veterans, share with me, and other potential newbies some of your experience? :)

Get used quickly to the keyboard, without binding keys this is painful to play.

He's right. Keyboard are useful, I did use keyboards. Q for structures tab, W for armory tab, E for infantry tab and R for vehicles tab.

Here's you didn't know about this. Holding shift key and right click the unit on the sidebar cancels multiple productions (e.g. 2 Bulldog Light Tanks or 8 Gyrocopters) once the production is on hold. Plus, Ctrl+1-0 set the teams for each Ctrl + number key.

If you plan on using Jets the best way to use them is to have them on number hotkeys. for Allied and Soviet jets (and the Dybbuk-E), it's best to have groups of 2. Epsilon's Dybbuk-A is better in groups of 4 because of their different weapons.

Remember to wall Conyard and Labs.

Remember to leave spy detectors and stealth detectors everywhere.

As soviets:

  • Dogs early game
  • Terror drone, borillo and sensor tower mid to late-game

As allies:

  • Dogs early game
  • Tons of robot tanks mid to late-game

As epsilon:

  • Dogs early game
  • Stingers in tank bunkers mid to late-game

As foehn, you'll have to ask someone else as they have a completely different approach.

As Foehn, Clairvoyants everywhere, and SODAR arrays.

Why not make a set of tutorial levels like the ones in RA3, as a guide for multiplayer. IMO it will be definitely cool with MBTs hosting the tutorial.

Great idea! Go ahead and make one.

And you obviously know what is the real meaning of this response.

Why wouldn't it be possible though? Maybe there are some people around who could learn how to use the editor, maybe you could do that too and make a few of those missions and then send it to Speeder.

If anyone could make those, i guess Speeder would be welcome. AFAIK MM mappers are currently busy.

Maybe I don't have RA3 in my PC. Is there a trainer?
