If you scroll to the bottom of the forum page, you will see that other (non staff) players are visiting this forum too.
Having got 8 views doesn't means 8 staffs have seen your topic.
BTW, everyone has real life. Most of volunteers offering support here lives in Europe.
You posted this topic in 1:00 AM and you complain about Support in 1:00 PM, during these hours most of people capable of offering support are either sleeping, or having lessons at school, or working.
This is not a commercial company which hire 24 hour support personnel. Here there are only normal players who voluntarily maintain server and offer support, when they can.

Those solutions helped a lot of people, otherwise you won't see 100+ people playing Generals Zero Hour on C&C:Online.
By the way, I'm not a Generals/Zero Hour player. So personally I can't help you much.

Q. Why can't I log in online?
A. Using Generals on Windows Vista/7/8 can cause connection issues. Run the game as Administrator and in Windows XP compatibility mode to avoid issues. This issue is not GenTool specific, but GenTool can increase the chances. Also check your Online IP in the Options menu of the game. You must select the IP Address of your Internet Adapter.
