[Generals Zero Hour latest patches] Serious Error

serious error zero hour many units error happens ingame

Hello Revora,

 

I'm using The Ultimate Collection of C&C bought and downloaded on origin.

I experience a Error called "technical difficulties" (the whole Error is added to the attachment).

My operating system is Windows 10.

The Error log file is also added to the attachment.

 

The Error happens to me when there are "many" units built. 

With "many" I mean not that the whole map is staying full with that units but you know....how it is like when your playing with 2-3-4 human people.

 

I need to say, that I got this error on some other pc's also.

It doesn't matter if the map is official or inofficial it happens. (but of course more often on bigger maps).

So I see the main problem in the game engine and not in the hardware or some device related things.

 

 

And If there are currently no fixes for this, because the problem is deep inside, Is there a hope that onetime it will be fixed? 

I see that your working at the moment on the "Quick Match" option.

So I'm not sure If I can hope that your working (after the quick match) on this error.

 

However if you need my technical equipment so don't hassle to ask for :)

 

And at least I want to speak out some Thank you to all who worked on the assume of the generals servers.

I know that there is a Bug-list with the related solutions, but I was not able to find my problem there .-.

I just want to make sure, that your not thinking that I'm just asking without searching before, I already informed myself about the problem, but came to no solution.

I have the same problem from the moment i install my new GTX 1060 6Gb

You would be best taking this up with EA Technical support because I don't think this is a problem at our end and EA will be much, much better placed to help you.
