I'm sorry, when we spoke before, I assumed that you had already been able to get a new account online. It appears that you have not. Can you make a new nick name (any name) and log in with it. That sets up the database which needs to be done before I can transfer the old accounts to you. I found those accounts, so it won't be a problem once you have managed to get a new nick name online.
