Hello guys,

i've played the game around 6 months ago without any problems connecting to other players.

i did moved into a new house in the time i was offline and also have another internetprovider then before.

once i start trying to play/connect to other players almost everytime i get in my screen (Cant Connect To Other Players)

i tried to play a game for around 30x+ times and only once it loaded with a 1v1.

I have bought the Ultimate Collection through Origin.

The things i already tried myself are :

-Downloading Gentool

-Port Forwarding

-Open my UPnP port

-Setting ingame port to 16000 and put Send Delay on

-Followed the guide for Port Forwarding you guys have in the support forum

-Re Downloaded the game and Gentool

-Downloaded the Correct launcher so it will be able to launch without Origin.

I hope you guys can help me out, im really confused bout the fact it worked before and now it doesn't the only thing i can think off is a problem with the router/provider.

p.s when im trying to find the error log im not able to find it.

It says

Failed To Recieve Any Pings from nntest.cnc-online.net:40000

It Appears Your Router and/or Connection Is Not Capable Of NAT Negotiation.

You Will Need To Use Port Fowarding And Possibly Configure A Static Port.

which i already tried and did...

Have you tried to set up DMZ?

If yes, can you run the connection test tool again, after having set up DMZ, to make sure you've set it up correctly?

Hi, I have a similar problem, when I wan't to play with my friend and launch the game probing connection on my pc is completed and map is starting, but my friends receive an error, that he could not connect to other players, after many tries, we did it, but connection is not stable, after 1-2 seconds normal play we have 2-4 seconds lag, and some Times loose connection for a while. When we finished skirmish, we try to start another, but we cannot establish connection (I've complete probing, my friend not).

I and my friend did it allready:
-port forwarding
-setting firewall override port to 16000
-send delays
-setting port 16000 as open in router
-install gentool (I've instaled via .exe file, my friend via .zip file)
-installed cnctuc_launcher
-set compatibility mode for win xp sp3 (firstly for win7)
-set "run as administrator"
-checked allowed apps in firewall settings

My result of "NatNeg test"

Spoiler

My "CNCOnline_Log.txt" file is empty.

I will add my friend's result's as soon as possible.
If you need more info, or something is missing I'll add it.

@UPDATE: Once again we try to play together, andd once again it failed. My friend executed "NatNeg_test.bat" and its say, there is no problems/error's with server ping. When I've asked him for a "CNCOnline_log.txt" he says that this file doesn't exist in %temp% folder. I've decided to join other game, and try there. Same result, "Probing complete" to host, after seweral seconds "connection failed".
