i can login to lobbies and create games but i cant get connection to 95% of people, it keep shows the gray signal with no connection

i am using windows 7 on this desktop (also same prob in laptop windows 8.1) , i bought the game from steam and have patch 1.02

the %TEMP% cnc log is attached

i found a similar topic and followed the steps but with no result

firewall is not blocking the game also the antiviral,,

i did port-forward after doing static IP and still no result..  https://www.dropbox.....25.23.png?dl=0

 

so any solutions for this problem

note: my internet connection is through 4G Chip in a router, it's connected to the desktop by a cable, and the laptop by wi fi.. once i took to the laptop to other place which has DSL internet i could connect and play with other people..

another note: one of my friends has 4G internet also and had the same problem and he solved it by using a vpn program which gave him the connection to other people.

I can't see the result of the connection test in the link you provided. To copy the output of the test, click the Command Prompt Window (after the test has completed), press Control A to select all of the text and then control C to copy that onto the clip-board. You can then paste that into a post here. I think seeing that would be helpful here.

its not running the test, what i see in the window is:

 

'.\NATNegTestClient.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

but when i press buttons nothing happens

is there a certain way to do the test?

 

i downloadrf the diagnostic tool, then extracted files and double clicked the .bat file and this what i got

Are you sure that you actually extracted the files, rather than running the bat file from within the compressed file? You need to fully extract the files from the compressed file before you run the bat file. Before you run the bat, the directory you made to do this should contain all of the files that were in the rar file.

 Ok done and here's the result. attatched (screen shot) couldn't copy, once i press any button it closes.

Set up a DMZ in your router or use a VPN.

 

When you login into your router, choose DMZ (look for that option everywhere), choose "enable or activate DMZ" (whatever is written there), enter the in game ip (which can be found in the game, in settings, options, network) and then turn off and turn on router.

 

 

As a VPN, you can try Private Tunnel or Security Kiss. The first one is the better recommendation but only 200 MB are free, the rest needs to be paid. It's pretty cheap though. The latter gives you daily 300 MB to use but it is laggy (at least it was for me). Just google Private Tunnel or Security Kiss.

 

Tiberium Wars

 

For Private Tunnel, choose Netherlands server before starting the game, start the game, go to options, settings, network and check your in game ip (it should start with the numbers 10, if not then choose it from the list), click done and log in. It should work.

 

For Security Kiss, choose a server from the UDP 5000 column (LA or NY, US server work fine), again go to settings, network and your game in game ip and choose the one from Security Kiss (I do not remember how it starts), then log in.

 

Kane's Wrath

 

For Private Tunnel, choose Frankfurt server before starting the game, start the game, go to options, settings, network and check your in game ip (it should start with the numbers 10, if not then choose it from the list), click done and log in. It should work.

 

For Security Kiss, try all the servers from UD5 5000 column. I do not remember which one is the correct one. Do not forget to go to settings, network and change in game ip to the one from Security Kiss.

This really worked for me, the one with Security Kiss, i chose New York server and it worked. Thanks, sorry about my english

ok i tried the DMZ and it didnt work and security kiss couldn't connect also

 

but private tunnel solved the problem (though in the laptop but not the desktop)  :(

im wondering why, also i cant login to online when its connected i have to disconnect it.

and when i connect it i cant see the games and players in the lobby.

 

so u said i have to check in game ip and choose from list, how to do that exactly plz?

In the Options menu, there's the Network tab. It should be there.

Same for me too.. I tried VPN tried reinstalling the game ..tried with diff networks but still with 95% of the players it comes shows broken connection or no entry one
