I have everything set up correctly, but when I click the Kane's wrath button to start up the online, it shows the first loading screen(that little box with the game logo on it), however after a few seconds it closes and I am not sure why. It doesn't pop up another dialogue menu telling me the error, it just straight up closes right after that first loading.

 

Anyone able to help me with this problem
