RA3, stuck at "new patch available" screen, even though I run 1.12

Hi, I have a problem which is blocking me from playing Red Alert 3 online.

 

I have Red Alert 3 (retail version, not Origin or Steam), with patch 1.12 downloaded through the game client and also from cnclabs.com, yet the game is still telling me that "a new patch is available". After I click OK, a message saying "no patches are available to download" appears.. what to do? Is there any solution to this? Thanks.

Make sure you run the game as administrator and that you downloaded the patch for the correct language, in your case Czech (C&C Labs only have English).
