My friend and i were trying to play the multiplayer camping in Red alert 3, after the intro we got onto the launch screen where when i pressed play it said the connection timed out ,then after we left the campaign every time i try to join a game it say that the host has left and when i try to host a game it said failed to create game. what should i do?

Check if your firewalls/antivirus programs are blocking connections from the C&C:Online launcher and Red Alert 3 itself. Add both to their exception lists.
