For those who are familiar with my previous page "Your Role In the MO Universe" you should have a good idea on what's going on in this page. For those who don't, this page is to post of what you think yourself as if you were in the MO universe. Since the 3.3 update came out, I fell in love with the new content that was added, and ended up having a renewed interest of how I saw myself if I ever ended up in the MO universe. So I decided to post this page as a way to see if anyone else has the same little fantasies as I do.

THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION PAGE. It's a roleplaying page, you are putting yourself in the shoes of a fictional ingame character of your design. Just FYI.

So the rules for this little role playing page goes as follows:

- You can set yourself as any unit ingame with something unique that reflects your personality

- You can't be any of the already present heroes or leader figures already featured in the RA2/YR/MO universe.

- Please be reasonable with your character's capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. We all love if we can be super OP or unkillable, but lets be realistic, sort of.....

- Any weapon used ingame is viable, so if you want to mix and match, go for it. Inclusion of IRL/from other game, story, universe, etc. weapons is also allowed. Please consider the above rule when doing so.

- Try to make your character fit into the MO universe as close as possible. Each and every unit ingame has their own little niche to their respective faction/subfaction. Making things that are non-game canon but look close to canon is what makes me motivated to do this and makes this discussion look lively with your ideas.

- No limit on how many characters you can have. (Updated 3/27/17)

- Having a little backstory for your character is recommended, but not required.

- Giving your character quotes is also recommended, but not required

- Go easy on the fan fiction guys. Any association to key ingame characters is nice to have, but lets not go to far.

- Anything that is not explicitly stated above is a go.

======================================================
Sven Co. Op, The Foehn's Fury (transformation)
Sync'd from Sven Co. Op                        Perquisite: Nanofiber Sync
Speed: 7.5                                               Purpose: All-Out Assault
Hitpoints: 450                                          Weapon: "Super" Heavy Plasma Blaster
Armor Class: Plate                                  Range: 7.5/7.5/9

This unit is unique to Haihead, Wings of Coronia, Last Bastion

Though his story may take the same path as Fin and Alize, Sven was not found by the Foehn, rather, he found them. After the events of the Battle for Antarctica, multiple scouting parties were dispatched around the world. One such scouting party ended up losing several drones in the Pacific due to unforeseen circumstances. One such drone, deactivated, managed to land upon a small island. There, a young man came upon the drone. He took the drone with him and tried to tinker with it, and unknowingly activated it's homing beacon. Seeing that it won't work, he angrily tossed it out, contemplating what to do now, being the only person left on the island's desolated city. The pain of knowing that he was the only one to survive the catastrophe that led to the city's destruction, made him feel more depressed.

Then the unexpected happened. A small scouting party arrived on the island trying to locate the missing drone. Noticing what appeared to him as his own sanity going down the hole, he proceeds to greet the party, only to be held a gunpoint for a brief period. After being deemed as uncorrupted, they brought him back to their home base, Coronia. After recovering, Sven ended up meeting the many, or rather few, men and women who made up the Foehn Revolt, giving him details of what has led up to this point, and of their efforts to strike back at Yuri and his forces. Though he had a choice to not fight and help in other areas, he chose to do both. When not fighting, he helps out as a tester in the R&D sectors. But when he's called to action, he dons on his customized version of the Knightframe armor, having more protection and speed that his counterparts, and wields a Heavy Plasma Blaster, a weapon capable of firing a barrage of bolts of plasma at both infantry and aircraft with great effect, while having to "overcharge" a shot to deal with vehicles. He is also equipped with nanites that will try to heal him when he  is attacked. His role is more of a supportive one, if called upon by Haihead, he acts as a defense against aircraft, the thing that the siblings can't target, and against any stragglers that manages to get past the siblings. If called upon by Wings of Coronia, he covers for Eureka while she charges her weapon. If called upon by Last Bastion, he fights off any infantry, vehicles, and aircraft that threaten Uragan in his mission.

But it doesn't end there. Sven, with the help of Eureka, modified his suit to be able to accept the Nanofiber Sync. When sync'd, Sven's suit becomes enhanced, and an onboard AI, Tyfon, takes over the combat aspects, while Sven subconsciously monitors, assists, and sometimes, controls Tyfon in combat. While becoming a near unstoppable force, Tyfon reflects on Sven's desire to have his revenge against those who destroyed his home and those he loved, and thus may get too far ahead in combat and end up putting Sven in a bad position. His "Super" Heavy Plasma Blaster is capable of tearing through men, tanks, and aircraft alike, no longer needing to "overcharge," but a price. The blaster will overheat when used for too long, and will leave Sven vulnerable till it cools down. Should Sven be incapacitated in the field while in this mode, He can be recovered, but will return to the field in his original exosuit.

I'll try to create a character shortly, I'm tempted to make one affiliated with Epsilon, but frankly, not knowing their intentions severely limits my ability to do so. It'd fun to see a semi-official extension for MO that features our heroes. In the meantime, let's hope the thread won't devolve into a "coldsteel the edgehog" type of cringefest.

Meet Saggitarius, long range firesupport specialist of the PsiCorps.

The man codenamed Saggitarius was once a member of a renowned resistance group in Eastern Europe, that waged a guerilla war against the advancing Soviet armies. The group engaged in various operations, including, but not limited to bombings, assassinations, and sabotages. Saggitarius himself was a sniper, who eliminated dozens of high profile collaborators, Soviet officers, as well as countless low ranking soldiers. Even though he did not have any spectacular psychic abilities like telekinesis or mind control at the time, he was always able to reliably sense incoming danger and hostiles. This instinct saved him and his comrades a few times, but eventually, only he remained of the resistance group, as all other members either fled, or were killed or captured.

Not much is known about Saggitarius' activity in the time period between the destruction of his resistance group, and him joining the PsiCorps, well after its betrayal of the USSR. One thing is certain tho: he did not join the Allies. Soviet records of the interrogation of captured resistance fighters indicate that he hated the Allies almost as passionately as he hated the Soviets, for what he viewed as the "Western exploitation and colonisation" of his homeland, "seeding corruption and rewarding traitors everywhere" in the interwar period. Thus it is likely that Saggitarius viewed the emerging Epsilon Empire as the least evil of the three major powers that were present during the Second Great War.

After joining the Epsilon, Saggitarius received psychic training that honed his ability to sense danger and hostile entities, and he also learned the basics of telekinesis and self levitation, even though both require considerable effort of him to maintain. Saggitarius was given a new weapon: a unique device resembling an extremely large anti-material rifle, connected to a psychic amplifying device mounted on his back. The device fires bolts of destructive psychic energy over extremely long distances, and it can be folded into a more compact form to ease transportation. Although he rarely uses it anymore, Saggitarius also kept his heavily customized Mauser C-96 pistol, a souvenir that he has taken from a Soviet colonel he shot during his days as a resistance fighter.

Additional Information:
- Build limit: 1
- Immune to mind control
- Immune to confusion rays
- Immune to abduction
- Automatically heals himself
- Takes 2 slots in a transport
- Cannot fire from inside a transport
- Cannot be crushed by normal vehicles
- Can detect cloaked and submerged units (sensor range: 7)
- Use "deploy" to switch between mobile and fire support modes
- In "fire support mode" he walks on the ground, and mostly uses his main weapon to engage both ground based and airborne enemies, while he can also detect enemy movements around himself (like a Mind Reader, range: 7). If threatened by infantry at close range, Saggitarius will use his pistol even in "fire support" mode.
- In "mobile" mode, Saggitarius levitates and moves much faster, however, levitation requires almost all of his focus, preventing him from using his psychic cannon (which is folded and strapped to his back) , or sensing the enemy's intentions. He can still use his trusty C-96 pistol to quickly get rid of reckless enemy infantry, tho. While levitating, he's also out of the reach of Attack Dogs and Spooks.

Saggitarius (fire support mode)

Armor Class: Flak                                   Range: 15 / 16 (Anti-Air), 5

You're right about this, topic creator. Check out mine, that's all I got.

Foehn Archangel, stolen tech from all factions.

Cost: $3000 (more expensive than other stolen tech units)      Prerequisite: War Factory, CK/CP/NL, Any Expansion

Speed: 6 (big aircraft)                                                             Purpose: All-Purpose Siege

Hitpoints: 800                                                                            Weapon: Angel Drones (x6)/Tesla Enhanced Prism AA Rifle (x2)

Class: Big Heavy Aircraft                                                           Range: 20/13 (Anti-Air)

This unit requires of infiltration of Technology Center, Palace/Battle Lab/Atomheart, Pandora Hub & Cloud Piercer to be built.

One of the biggest and first "Revival Project" prototypes has yet to come. With every tech acquired from 3 other factions and Foehn itself, a aerial carrier can withstand every obstacle in the battlefield, they call it...the Archangel. With no other assistance of any ground or aerial unit that require, this carrier can fight alone, also in numbers.

Docked with Angel Wing Drones with the Custom Darts of Libra and the Imploders of Stalkers and their prized Irkalla, they can able to eliminate ground and naval targets with a clean sweep of one formation. With their problems with aircraft, it's armed with Tesla Enhanced Prism AA Rifle, which the Tesla enhanced came from the Soviet Apocalypse and the prism weaponry from the Allies' prism units, it could knock down a jet in just a pair of shots. Just when, a restriction from the carrier itself that they have to build 4 of them.

With the Revival Project now continues to the unknown scientists, Archangel is the masterpiece for the Foehn aerial force to bring a bigger surprise to their foes. The only thing if who made the blueprints of the carrier itself, no scientist will ever know, but it is a know secret for the founder of the project, not only one person will know including Yuri himself.

  • Build Limit : 4.
  • Can fire on the move.
  • Immune to confusion rays.
  • Automatically repairs itself.
  • Can release nanoids for self-repairs when heavily damaged.
  • Self-repairs are more effective when Archangel is not moving.
  • Angel Drones: Class: Light aircraft, Speed: 15, Hitpoints: 300.

QUOTES FOR ARCHANGEL

When ordered to select:

  • "Archangel."
  • "Aerial carrier operational."
  • "Commander, what news?"
  • "How's the weather here?"
  • "Our crew stands ready."

When ordered to move:

  • "Location set."
  • "Archangel on the go."
  • "New headings now in."
  • "Moving out to new coordinates."
  • "Increasing speed."
  • "Moving in."

  • "Tesla-prism weapons, on targets!"
  • "Anti-aerial operations, now!"
  • "Setup the aerial targets!"
  • "All crew, take down air targets!"

When releasing nanites upon critical damage:

  • "Archangel under fire."
  • "All crew, release nanites."

When the unit is crashing (Unit Lost):

  • "Archangel down!"
  • "All crew, evacuate!"
  • "Aerial carrier, taking down!"
  • "Hold on, we're going to ground!"

Sorry for some double edits.

If this ever gets animated, there need to be an idle animation where he accidentally faceplants. "No no no wait!......gof dam if....."

Other than that I like how the character just has the feel of being cocky but also knowing of his lack of skill in some areas.

Sorry for some double edits.

Well I'll be damned. For a moment there I thought this would be OP, but a second looksee made me think, SPAM EVERY POSSIBLE ANTI AIR GROUND UNIT POSSIBLE. The quotes itself gave me an actual feel of how the ship and it's crew will work out in battle (If you ever watched the SRW OG series you would know what I mean).

Short, sweep, simple. Until I saw the stats. Good stats overall for an air hero, though $3000 is a little bit high for my wallet if I ever play HQ. Quick question. Does he just float in one spot and then fly over to attack or does he need a landing pad/areodome?

You got your wish Master Lovalmidas.

It is supposed to be a role play?

I have to think about my role then.

First of all, I want to say 'hi' to everybody as I've decided to stop lurking and start forum life. Well, my hero is with a twist, because he isn't a T3 unit and he's cheaper (because of the story), but he is slightly weaker than others.

White One
Cost: $1750                                      Prerequisite: Allied War Factory, Airforce HQ, SC
Speed: 6                                                Purpose: Anti-infantry, anti-armour
Hitpoints: 440                                     Weapon: Remade prism mirrors
Armor Class: Medium                           Range: 7

Background:

Commander of this unit is not a legend, nor a hero, but a well-known among Euro Alliance veterans of defence of the continent is surely an assest you should have. Captain Andrew Frost was a tank commander of the Polish army until Soviets conquered this country. He escaped to Germany with the remnants of the Polish forces, ready to face Red Army again. Due to the critical damage of a gun in his Cavalier White One came up with an unconventional idea of repairing it. They've reformed the turret so it could fit two prism mirrors. Although a strange sight it was, a prism weapon on a Cavalier chassis was a very efficient mix.

Frost rely on unconventional tactics and makes sometimes strange or even crazy manoeuvres with his team White. From time to time they go AWOL, wreaking havoc in enemy's’ outposts which his commanders frequently dissaprove. Yet this show on wheels provides valuable intel and gives Allies an upper hand in these dark times. Oh, and if you’ll have a chance to meet or even command this easy-going tankman, better don’t be British - he hates them more than anyone else.

Additional information:

- Build Limit: 1

- Immune to mind control.

- Immune to confusion.

- Automatically repairs itself

-Cannot be hijacked..
- Vulnerable to magnetic weapons.

- Can crush infantry.

- Can fire on the move.

- Can enter Tank Bunkers.

- Driver cannot be killed.

- Can be deployed for better range (8) and prism support (20% firepower bonus, acts like a prism tower), cannot move when deployed.

Quotes:

When selected:

- Laser tank, I copy.

- No I am NOT a prism tank, for God’s sake.

- First to fight!

- Oh, again!?

- Call me Rainbow Six, ok?

- WHAT!? … yes, HQ?

- Do you know, uh, if that mechanic said something ‘bout me by chance?

When moving:

- I see bright future.

- Could you chronoshift me, please?

- Yes, comrade! I mean...

- Faster than light.

- Go here, go there, arghh...

- *muttering about commander*

When ordered to attack:

- D.I.S.C.O.!

- *humming YMCA* *YMCA on full blast* Y M C A!

- Well that's more than a flashlight.

- FEVER.

- Still like ‘em more than these Brits.

- It looks like some star wars!

- Avada kedavra!

When in critical condition:

- No I don’t want to sacrifice.

- Ok, you won, now get us outta here!

- Shouldn’t they be dead?

I can imagine this guy putting speakers on the tank and have on full blast YMCA while yelling "YMCA" while attacking. Hehehehe. (Mewt voice) QUEUE LASER LIGHT SHOW! Also I do love his character in how he's kinda over the top and "thinks he's better" persona. I can already hear the commander warning him not to go in too deep, with Frost flipping him the bird on his departure, only to yell out his second critical state quote on the radio ten minutes later.

Yup. He's talented and ambitious soldier, but his naughtiness and going AWOL prevents him from getting a promotion. That's why he's kinda frustrated and jealous of commander and he teases him. Oh, and playing YMCA might be a better idea.

By the way, it's interesting how much we can say about someone based on few quotes.

I remembered a topic like this was made since the times of 3.0.

Better search again to find the post where I made the Liberty's Last Stand super heavy tank. I still want that one for America.

Found it. Need revises though. Thanks again for the story bit, Sven.

https://forums.revor...-26#entry943114

Many years before the end of the first Great War, US engineers were developing plans for a "super tank" capable of surpassing the Russian Mammoth Tank. When the Great War ended, the development stopped and was put into storage, with many high ranking generals thinking it was unnecessary and too expensive for such a thing. When the Soviets invaded America, the "super tank" project was brought back. Unfortunately, the Soviets assaults were quick and relentless, destroying the many resources needed to build the super tanks. Thus the developers were in a tight situation. Originally, it was supposed to look like an over-sized Abrams Tank that fired a modified round that was used in the howitzers during GW 1. After many coffee filled nights, the developers created a new definition of heavy assault. They decided to replace the giant cannon with a railgun that fires a "grand slam" round that can penetrate deeply into armor and explode, causing extreme, if not instantaneous, damage as well as area damage to unlucky nearby units. Due to resource constraints, the devs revamped the innerworks of the tank with modified technology used in the PA's Kappa Tanks, allowing the tank to take full advantage of the Backwarp, but still looking like the original design. Then they added speakers to the tank to increase the morale of the troops while in battle. Because only a few can be built, the devs and generals decided to give the code name "Liberty's Last Stand," to show that if the US is losing, they would always have a trump card in hand to even the odds to the side of freedom. Such units are always crewed by the most veteran tank aces, ensuring that theirs combat potentials will always be utilized to maximum limit.

It's a differrent kind, you can think of it as one of those old prototypes that eventually evolved into the railgun used by Foehn. Should not contradict anything, as Last Bastion is in Alaska.
