I remembered a topic like this was made since the times of 3.0.

Better search again to find the post where I made the Liberty's Last Stand super heavy tank. I still want that one for America.

Found it. Need revises though. Thanks again for the story bit, Sven.

https://forums.revor...-26#entry943114

Many years before the end of the first Great War, US engineers were developing plans for a "super tank" capable of surpassing the Russian Mammoth Tank. When the Great War ended, the development stopped and was put into storage, with many high ranking generals thinking it was unnecessary and too expensive for such a thing. When the Soviets invaded America, the "super tank" project was brought back. Unfortunately, the Soviets assaults were quick and relentless, destroying the many resources needed to build the super tanks. Thus the developers were in a tight situation. Originally, it was supposed to look like an over-sized Abrams Tank that fired a modified round that was used in the howitzers during GW 1. After many coffee filled nights, the developers created a new definition of heavy assault. They decided to replace the giant cannon with a railgun that fires a "grand slam" round that can penetrate deeply into armor and explode, causing extreme, if not instantaneous, damage as well as area damage to unlucky nearby units. Due to resource constraints, the devs revamped the innerworks of the tank with modified technology used in the PA's Kappa Tanks, allowing the tank to take full advantage of the Backwarp, but still looking like the original design. Then they added speakers to the tank to increase the morale of the troops while in battle. Because only a few can be built, the devs and generals decided to give the code name "Liberty's Last Stand," to show that if the US is losing, they would always have a trump card in hand to even the odds to the side of freedom. Such units are always crewed by the most veteran tank aces, ensuring that theirs combat potentials will always be utilized to maximum limit.

Nice to hear from you again X1. Also, I fucking love of how you redid what I came up with. The feel and personality(ies) of the unit just feels real to the core of itself. I also love some of the (un)intentional references that the quotes make me think of.

I was trying to make a more serious sounding Abrams, a propaganda unit that actually works and isn't just for show. Eventually it became this.

Might need some improvements, but for me it's OK now.

I currently don't have any idea about its fate when Foehn was born, though. Need something more than "just a piece of left-over junk" on the battlefield.

Something like a Overlord from Generals?

Anyways I'm interested in ships lately and was thinking something for the Pacific Front (hey it's Japan leading this faction) and the present of no unique ship makes me feel odd.

Yamato

"The idea of a powerful warship was always being in mind to the Japanese since Russo-Japanese war. With the rise of the Soviets again as well as their powerful navy, the Pacific Front knew they'll need strong warships to defend the seas from them. As one Pacific Front Commander believed that wars are not just won in the land but in the sea as well. The reusing of the Battleship to the Allied arsenal again was consider was said to be an idea from the Pacific Front's side, which even the other Allied nations agreed that defending the seas is important as well. However to the Japanese this wasn't enough, much like it's European and American allies they also refitted their battleships however they purposely designed a larger and powerful battleship. Armed with 3 460mm triple cannons that fire cryo warheads, which they can fire much longer than their Allied versions thanks to it's advance radar system along with it is they can defend themselves from aerial assaults with 3 Garuda Missile Turrets.

However due to the cost of such powerful warship, only 1 such powerful ships can be deployed at a time."

Purpose: Indirect Artillery Bombardment, Naval Combat
Prerequisite: Allied Tech Center, Robot Ops Control Center
Cost: 3500

Oh, another Allied! Highfive!

Yamato's cannons could fire weaker, but cryo shells, because it's without Pacific Front's technology and in my opinion looks... plain. Just sayin.

This is just a buffed battleship clone.

How about doing away with traditional cannons and give it a weapon like the one used by quickshifter, but longer range and armed with cryo warheads?

Well it is a buffed version of the Battleship obviously. It's treated as a hero unit.

But yeah without the cryo tech it doesn't make it look PF anyways.

It should have a deploy power that transforms the unit into a flying unit which can fire with a cannon more powerful than any other weapon. :V

Space Battleship Yamato? But if we go for the WW2 Dreadnaught feeling, I'd suggest abusing the dummy infantry passenger logic to give it a shitload of secondary armament, like missiles, autocannons, heavy machine guns etc. On this note, the Battleship in MO too, could use some secondary armament.

Too OP. It would be too much lol or probably that would be some Foehn end project :p

Anyways I think another idea just now:

Murakumo Cruiser

"Taking basis from the Aegis Cruiser, the Pacific Front had made their own Air Defense Ship. Armed with potent explosive rockets known as "Icicle Fog" rockets, it ables to cause damage to it's target as well as the same time, slowing it down. There is said that by reports by the ship's crew, that some enemy aircraft were ending up falling to the sky frozen solid before it was destroyed. However so far, such few instances happen.

Unlike the Aegis however, the Murakumo's rockets can attack ground and naval targets as well however with shorter range."

Purpose: Indirect Artillery Bombardment, Naval Combat

Prerequisite: Airforce Command Headquarters
Cost: 1700
Speed: 4
Weapon: "Icicle Fog" Rocket Turret
Attack Range: 10 (Air) 5 (ground)
Armor: Medium
HP: 800

- Cannot be hijacked.
- Driver cannot be killed.

Quotes:

When Selected:

- Attention all crew!

- Stay alert!

- No one will defy the Pacific Navy!

- Keep the Asian Skies safe!

When ordered to move:

-  Sally forth!
-  You heard the order!
When ordered to attack:

- The enemy is here!

- At last!

- Unleash the storm!

- Scatter their will!

- They shall freeze.

Under Fire:

- They'll pay for this!

- Impossible!

- Don't let them sink us!

What you're really related to PF, is Australia isn't part of Pacific Front. You usually seen it's loading screen ingame.

The area from Japan up to Australia is just too damn big to get a complete coverage.....It's obvious that only a part of the Front is represented on the loading screen.

Story-wise, it was focused close to there so it kinda makes sense. Also I also consider that Australia might posses both PF tech with some EU since they'll still part of the British Empire.

"The land down under" isn't shown much in the PF via fighting, but they do provide the main forces with some technology which they use, such as the hailstorm and blizzard tanks, but they are piloted by mostly Asian drivers/pilots.

I do like of how you fleshed out a specialized version of already given units (the EU battleship and aegis cruiser) to give more flavor to the PF's navy, though do remember the discussion rules, for the sake of preventing clutter for now, please only post one character till I can get things sorted out.

No one did Soviets?

Really?

Kirov Jr.

Helicopter

Lore:

Once, when the Soviet Union was still at its prime, a conscript found the blueprints of Epsilon Invader and upon deconstructing it and rebuilding it into a miniature helicopter! However, when the Soviet Army found out they decided to blatantly steal his plan and name it Kirov Jr. - This helicopter was enlarged and space was allowed to hold at least 8 infantry or equivalent tank spaces and given large tesla bombs similar to those of the Kirov but of a much less calibre, much less potent but with less power they substituted speed instead and these helis were much faster than the Kirovs, that they were rivaling the speed of a Wolfhound - they combined these two aspects perfectly so that they were assigned as a "heavy attack helicopter" and it was perfect for Russians to carry their many heavy tanks and infantry along through Russia's vast and mountainous landscape.

Weapons:

Bombs -> Tesla when Elite

Small Machine Gun (and I mean small looking at you Wolfhound)

Deploy to drop troops inside 'copter.

Campaign-Only or Soviet Specific Helicopter to go along with Wolfhound

I didn't do the other stuff i.e. actually game stuff past the weapons lol
