I love all these changes. The Wormqueen nerf sort of worries me, but I don't have that much experience with it to know.

Added one more challenge: 'Moltencore Challenge' against 3 Latin Confederation enemies with plenty of hot arsenal.

No buff for Eureka? I am sad :sad:

You should not be. If you opponent tries anything remotely resembling a tank blob you will destroy it like that: *snaps fingers* with the nerfs to the rest of their arsenal, eureka will work well with the pteronodon. As all of colonies stuff flies, no need to worry about friendly fire. Throw a few of those artyies and your all set.

 

Yeah right, as if said tank blobs don't have anti-infantry units.......Get close, make a blast and die immediately, sure. Great suicide hero.

At least Chitzkov is fast and untargetable while jumping........Eureka just kinda sit there asking to be shot at due to the fire delay. That is the problem.

Any group of fast vehicles will evade the blast and destroy her before she can even retaliate.

 

As if your flying army of death doesn't have vultures... or knightframes...or kingframes...or deployed sky stations... or the REALLY OP anti infantry zrobtrotters... If they have anything else, the pteranadon will eat it. Eureka wont 1 hit armies. need good unit mix for that. And more importantly, good micro.

 

As for Chitkoi being chitzkoi... thats just chitkoi being chickoi. She is the bane or EVERY infantry unit. If she is that much of a problem, just don't use eureka against Russia. their AA is crappy now anyway.

 

P.S. the irkalla. Can we plz see those seeking fireballs go? They can still be there, but they should follow my troops around for forever. How can I kite the damn ship with aeroblazes if they just get killed half a mile away from the irkalla.

I still think Zorbfloater healing speed should be reduced.  There don't seem to be much ways to kill em without either Morales, Curtained Terror Drones (which do nothing if Zorbs are on water), focused air strikes, Rahn (though he'll die if there's a number of Zorbs), Duplicants (if the player leaves the Zorbs there), maybe Battle Tortoises with SEALs, or something.  It's just not much counters without sacrificing a lot of things just to kill em, and that's saying that while they're likely accompanied by Pteranodons, Alanqas, and/or other infantry.  You get the idea of the struggle.

 

Also agreed with the Irkalla fireballs.  They should have a lifespan just like the shots from Uragaan and Leviathans.

What about the alert sound when an allied or own base is under attack? It was there in 3.0 but removed in 3.3, but I guess it should be re-added.

Also for foehn nerf list, please nerf ramwagon too( they kill vehicles and buildings too fast already even for a stolen tech)

A question about the Megalodon's programming.

What is it that made it not gain experience before? Or was it just forgotten until now?

Was it implemented in a weird way like how Jackals are just floating turrets?

I think Quetzal is a different problem, as someone managed to actually veteranize the drone by keeping it from loading into Quetzal thus keeping it exists as it dealt killing blow against a structure

That was me actually. And yes, the drones don't aquire veterancy because when the target dies the drone does not exist as its own "unit", it is already docked inside the Quetzal and there's nothing to promote. However, Quetzals themselves don't seem to get veterancy even if the drone kills a lot of stuff and gets properly rewarded for each kill.
