Can not connect to backend server

Windows 10 operating system

Command and Conquered ultimate collection (Through Origin)

Kane's wrath and Tiberium Wars

No error log is found under the name CNCOnline_Log.txt but I did find this {70FF7DF1-E69E-47df-9AA6-F062FADD6146} as a file name and Irf2C61.temp as the temp file within it. There is another one as well but this one was my most recent attempt at login in.

Happened 11:48 A.M. Pacific Standard Time.

it accepts my revora username and email when I log in, but it says I cannot connect to a backend sever.

Everything else appear to be working fine.

- I bought the games on Origin and the C&C:Online launcher keeps saying the installation cannot be found. Or: You can not login.
Make sure to run the game with admin rights.
Solution 1 (Generals & Zero Hour):
1) Install the fixed launchers (applicable only if you have the Ultimate Collection via Origin) DOWNLOAD 
2) Install GenTool (can be installed if you have Origin versions / retail versions)
3) Uninstall C&C:Online (if you've been hooking, make sure you unhook first)
4) Launch the game and use your C&C:Online credentials to log in. GenTool has C&C:Online support built in.
Solution 3 (C&C3 & RA3): Go into Origin, click the game (in this case either C&C3 or RA3), click the "i" button to the left of "play", click "Game Properties" and check the box "Disable Origin in game for this game" and then launch RA3 or C&C3 via the normal C&C:Online method.

I have been using my C&C login and it still cannot connect, I have searched and searched for the past two hours for a solution....

I disabled origin, created a sever login ands password on C&C Online website and tired multiple times to connect online....

I do not what else to do, I followed all the steps and yet here I am unable to connect to damn sever even though

I have set everything up the way the site and forms have told me to....

Finally found the patch for Kane's wrath but now I can't play the game because Origin did give me a registration code for the game when I bought the ultimate collection.....

1) NEVER patch the Steam and Origin versions of the games, because they come pre-patched. Now you have to reinstall because your EXE is borked.

2) Put the TW, KW and C&C:Online directories to the exception lists of your firewall and antivirus.

3) Run the C&C:Online launcher, Origin and the games as administrator.
