hello i have downloaded all the correct softwer to play generals zerohour online and downloaded the upgrade, then when i go back online it asked me to download the upgrade again, soon as a click download it says successful down load and closes greners. keeper going round and round wont let me online. any ideas ?

What version of the game do you have (a disc version, TDF, TUC etc)?
I guess you downloaded the upgrade (patches) from here Zero Hour 1.04 Patches?
You probably need to run the patch installers "As administrator".
