The download set me on the right track. Once I installed the launcher it aloud me to start the game through C&C online but then I got another error about my registry being incorrect. I found another forum topic with a similar issue and the way to fix that error was simply reinstall the game which I did and now everything works okay. Thanks for helping!

What version of the game are you using? The Ultimate Collection Origin.
What kind of error do you get and at what time? Red Alert 3 installation not found. I get it when I try launch the game through the C&C online launcher or when I try launch the game using the hook setting. Running the game as admin or the launcher as admin doesn't make a difference. My game launches fine when I don't use C&C online and I've no trouble launching other C&C games through C&C online.
What operating system are you using? Windows 10.
