i can't open the .grl files in "comm2/data/interfaz" and "comm2/data/anims/grl". do i need to download a software or what?

Download the Commandos Developing Toolkit and extract it somewhere on your computer.

Then simply drag and drop the .grl files onto the ImageConverter.exe
