so when i pull up revora menu and hit play zero hour nothing happens. it was working and just stopped. has anyone had this happen ?

Don't use the C&C:Online launcher for Generals/Zero Hour. Unhook those games and only run them as you usually would, with the latest GenTool installed.

That's impossible. The game doesn't depend on the C&C:Online launcher in any way.

Install GenTool and start the game with its ordinary shortcut (not the launcher). Then the game will go online.
