I cant connect most people in kanes wrath. Most people seems like they have no connection. I did all things in common issues & solutions also tried port forward and vpn. If vpn needed where do I connect with vpn(which country).

You shouldn't need to use a VPN (as far as I can see).   If you are going to try using one, I suggest you should try to find one with a server near you.     However, they vary in their capabilities and some are better than others, so you should try a few different ones in you don't succeed to start with.

 

Generally speaking, you should also try to eliminate noise on your connection by using a wired connection rather than wireless and keeping mains electrical cabling away from the telephone line or other connection coming into your modem from the street.
