If I click login the game freezes for a moment, and then I get a message reading,
"Notification
Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online."

man muss einfach sich hier richtig registrieren fürs game bei zero hour und nur mit diesen login daten kommst du ins game

Please could you tell us the solution you found for this problem, for the benefit of other players that might have a similar issue?
You need to make Port forwarding and correct settings in ZH.
So the last two steps in the following description:
