I have already read all the pinned posts about connection/login issues.  

I downloaded zero hour through a torrent, could this be why? Game works fine on single player. I downloaded and am using the C&C Online launcher. Also did compatibility mode and run as admin.

I am making sure to use my email address listed on C&COnline "Server login e-mail" and password. It gives me "Could not connect to generals zero hour online"

Running windows 7 Ultimate.

For Generals/Zero Hour, you should use GenTool instead of C&C:Online.

I have GenTool installed for zero hour, and when I open the game I can press insert i believe to open the menu... but how do I use it for online play?
