I'm using the Steam version of the game, on Windows 10, and it is up to date, of my knowledge.
When Pressing "Log In" after inputting the Server Login Name (EA Account Name), Server Password (Password), and Revora username (Online ID), the screen waits a little, and then says "Could not connect to Kane's Wrath online"
I don't really know what to do about this, any help would be appreciated.

Right. I looked in the server log. You are authenticating just fine but your connection drops when you try to make the connection to peer chat (TCP Port 6667). Some providers and institutional networks block that port and you need to make that connection to connect to C&C:Online.
Can you open Windows Powershell (just type that at the start button to find it) and then in the shell type
TEST-NETCONNECTION PEERCHAT.SERVER.CNC-ONLINE.NET -PORT 6667
Then post the result in here. If that connection is blocked, you many need to use a VPN (or a different provider) to connect.

I put that into the program and got this

From the TcpTestSucceeded it seems like that the port 6667 is not blocked.
Please add Red Alert 3 to your Firewall Exception list, and make sure your game is using that "10.0.0.196" displayed above (or any other addresses starting with 10.0.0.x). You can choose your IP address in game's Settings > Network tab. If there are any other IP addresses that can be chosen, please tell us.

Okay, so, I got into the online alright, but me and the person I want to play with can't connect to each other, but we can connect to other people :/
