Hey and first of all thank you for trying to help me 
So I just downloaded and installed the launcher because I wanted to play
with a friend of mine, but the launcher says Zero hours not installed. I also downloaded
Gentool so I dont understand the problem. We both play Zero Hour on Origin.
We also tried direct connection with our online Ip adresses or with hamachi but nothing worked ;(
We dont know what we have done wrong....

Don't use the C&C:Online launcher for Generals and Zero Hour, GenTool is sufficient.
Hamachi and direct TCP/IP connections have nothing to do with our server, though.
