So my mate recently downloaded Rotwk. It was working fine, he could get on the game no problem, but when we tried to play online on 2.02 (after downloading the patch obviously) he get's an error every time he launches the game. Help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

Did you install 2.01 beforehand? If not do so. Also try to use the new game.dat that's coming with 2.02
"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

Okay we'll try that, thanks. Also, do you know whether we can actually play each other online if I'm using a disk copy of the game and he's using a downloaded version? We could originally get into an online game, but it would say 'game mismatch' after around 10 seconds and we would both be kicked out?

Note that bfme2 needs to be on patch 1.06.
