Cannot connect to network

OK. You will need to set your computer as the DMZ. You will need to google your modem model to find out how to do that. Port forwarding won't work well with RA3. Go to the full post

I'm having some problem playing online when I launch Red alert 3 it say "failed to connect to server please check to make sure you have an active connection to internet" its didn't happen when I use C&C online for my first time [this is my second day after installing it]
I followed common issues page instruction deleted hamachi & tungle , set to fire wall exception , deleted "FirewallPortOverride = 16000" line and hooked launcher
here some of my info
Normal red alert 3 [not from ultimate collection] buying from steam [Have a window shortcut]
Window 7
problem happen when I use launcher for second time [ 1 hour ago]

You've missed the payload to the connection test (the part at the end).    Could you post that part please?
