A replacement for the Tiberian Sun Stealth tank ( https://forums.revor...-hints-tips-42/ ), there are a couple of changes that mean that usage of this tank feels very different to the version it replaces.

 

Changes

The first change is that because the Renegade Stealth tank has treads, it can run infantry over. The fact that the wheeled TS Stealth tank could not run infantry over was a big deal. Using the speedy Stealth tank to run over infantry was a standard tactic in C&C3, that was not doable in Tiberian History.

So this is an obvious improvement.

 

The other change is that this Stealth tank fires a volley of 2 missiles, rather than the 5 that the TS Stealth tank did. To make up for this, this Stealth tank has a much shorter wait before the next volley is ready.

The thing is that a number of Stealth tank users (including myself!) prefer doing greater damage in each attack burst, rather than a smaller, lower damage, burst with shorter reload. The idea being that the Stealth nature of the tank means that once you go to attack (and reveal yourself), you want to do as much damage as possible in as short a period of time as possible, before retreating.

This comes down to personal preference. This Stealth tank has a slightly longer attack range then the TS version, which you will find useful when using the new attack style. And of course you can still benefit from the powerful Blue tiberium Mix upgrade.

 

Some Stats:

Standard Missile
Weapon strength: 875 (TS Stealth Tank = 700)
Weapon Clip size: 2 (TS Stealth Tank = 5)
Weapon range: 300 (TS Stealth Tank = 275)
Weapon Reload: 2.5 seconds (TS Stealth Tank = 5 seconds)

Damage Radius: 10 (TS Stealth Tank = Same)

Damage Type: ROCKET (TS Stealth Tank = Same)

Damage Scalar vs Air: 150% (TS Stealth Tank = 150%)
Standard Missile Ratings
Primary use: Anti-Vehicle
Anti-Vehicle rating: Good+. Nice damage (especially in rear vehicle amour) with a high chance of hitting before enemy, but Stealth tank is too fragile.
Secondary use: Anti-Air
Anti-Air rating: Very Good. Great damage, lower ammo means less overkill!
Tertiary use: Anti-Structure
Anti-Structure rating: Good+. Good damage, but high health structures will take a long time!

Blue Mix Missile
Weapon strength: 1315 (TS Stealth Tank = 1050)
Notes: Rest of stats same as standard missile.
Blue Mix Missile Ratings
Primary use: Anti-Vehicle
Anti-Vehicle rating: Very Good. Great damage (especially in rear vehicle amour) with a high chance of hitting before enemy, but Stealth tank is too fragile.
Secondary use: Anti-Air
Anti-Air rating: Very Good+. Outstanding damage, lower ammo means less overkill!
Tertiary use: Anti-Structure
Anti-Structure rating: Very Good. Great damage, but be careful to maintain micro while attacking
