"Could Not Connect to Command and Conquer 3" message

I've registered, logged into the site, downloaded the launcher and use my correct login for online play but always get the message "Could not Connect to Command and Conquer 3 online". Any ideas? I've looked thru the all the threads and cant find a solution. Thanks in advance for any assistance

Are you playing it through Steam, and well the problem your having is quite similar with mine. I can't connect to Red Alert 3, same thing as it says can't connect to Red Alert 3. Hope someone gives a fix soon.

im playing kanes wrath and when i try to login it loads for a min then said that it can't connect to kanes wrath and thats it...

Please could you attempt to log in again and then post in here immediately afterwards so I can find the attempt in the log.

You problem is most likely entirely different and is caused by your provider. Please see what I posted in your topic.

ToxicShock, I tried logging in on 6/5/17 at 6:56am CST. I even tried with an incorrect password to try and flag a log entry for you to see. I tried multiple login attempts and received the same message as I previously noted.

Oh dear.   Yeah, I can see that in the log.     It looks like you are not making a connection to the Peer Chat port.   First thing to do is  check that the IP address shown in Options->Settings->Network is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one.    If that does not help, it may be that that port is blocked.  Are you on a university campus or something like that?
 
If you have Windows 10, we can check that easily.    Can you open Windows Powershell (just type that at the start button to find it) and then in the shell type 
 
TEST-NETCONNECTION PEERCHAT.SERVER.CNC-ONLINE.NET -PORT 6667
 
Then post the result in here.     If that connection is blocked, you many need to use a VPN (or a different provider) to connect.

I made a thread almost 2 days ago and am still awaiting a response...

Ok going to try to select a different IP if it shows. No I am not at a university and not on Win10. Home network and Win7

hey i also have the problem that i cant conect to c&c generals zero h i also try to change the  ip like u say to other pers same didn't worck i check PEERCHAT.SERVER.CNC-ONLINE.NET say somthen that is instaled or somthen ...i play home and im using Windows 10
