Help!

 

Title says it.

 

What can i do? 

 

Gentool and the Origin Ultimate Launcher are installed. I can get into the Lobby. But cant connect to people. Open ipv4 Ports on my Router is impossible.

Please could you run the connection test in How to Report Issues How to Report Issues  and post the results in here.

 

I expect that your provider does not support IP4 (we will see) and so you will have to use a VPN, but let's look at the test results.

 

In the meantime, you shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour.   If you are playing only those games, you should unhook and uninstall the C&C:Online launcher and install GenTool.  When you have done that, you just launch the game from its ordinary shortcut.     If you are using the Ultimate Collection, you should install this first; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.

I tried your tips. nothing worked.

 

Weird thing is, that some month ago C&C Online worked without problems, but it was the first Decade, not the Origin Ultimate collection

After deleting the CnCOnline launcher, i cant login to KW anymore

Sorry about the delay. I does look like your provider supports IP4 (although it seems to be an option?). Sorry to have mislead you about the launcher. You will need it for KW at the moment but shouldn't use it for Zero Hour.

Anyway, have you changed anything other than installing the Ultimate Collection (particularly your modem) since it was working?
