Hi,

 

When I launch the game and click on Online I dont get the cnc interface, its only showing the old generals online window, what can I do?

Yeah, version 7.4, I also executed the updater several times, should I try to completely reinstall zh?

Errrrm.     Don't reinstall yet.    You have Gentool but you're not using the C&C:Online launcher.    Could you walk me through?      You click the shortcut and you get what?     Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I have the cnc launcher installed..... When I click the zh shortcut (without cnc launcher) the game starts and I get that middle bar from gentool (version 7.4, press enter/insert and so on). After a short time the main menu blends in. When I now go on Multiplayer and Online I get this screen:

I'm using the "EA classics: first 10 years" edition (was released some years ago here in Germany) I had to install the no cd fix since windows 10 couldn't start it otherwise but Gentool gives me no error message or something.

 

Also...I get the exact same "online screen" when I start it through the cnc launcher.

 Don't use the launcher at all (you don't need it).   The screen you are getting is the screen you are supposed to get.     Enter you C&C:Online credentials here.
