• The title should contain the game you are having issues with. LAUNCHER ISSUES try all solution
• What version of the game are you using : RA3 on steam version 1.12
• What kind of error do you get and at what time? Red Alert 3 hook won't show anything, I don't have any anti-virus except window defender from window 10 but no quarantine file when i look into it .
•  i try press red alert 3 on CC online app then show up " application load error 5:0000065434" and then  "CA public key patching routine failed" after start (Game Running well when only lunch on steam before setup CC online app) 
• What operating system are you using? Windows 10
• Your error log file.

Having the exact same issue. Bought the game because of steam deals, will not launch through C&C Online app, exact same error messages as OP.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Because the workaround is still experimental and not publically distributed. If this applies for you as well Toxic will send you the solution.
