My friend tried to register yesterday, but never received a verification email. I advised him to send an email from that same email address to info@revora.net, but he still hasn't received a response.

Has he checked the spam box? Probably the verification E-mail was recognized incorrectly as spam.

I've validated that account manually on here. The account was made from this board, rather than the C&C:Online Web Site. Could you get your friend to check the email address on his profile (or get him in here). He needs to create a server account (if he wants to play). He can do that by logging into the Web Site with his credentials from here.
