hi

 

when i try to launch C&C 3 Red Alert through the C&C Online launcher like it says in the instructions the small box with a logo and stuff( i attached a file of how it looks) opens but then closes and nothing happens

 

any idea on how to fix this?

Please post your error log; see How to Report Issues  for instructions.   I can probably help you but I need to see that first.

I hope its okay to hijack this thread, because I have the same issue. I am trying to launch C&C3.

One difference: My logfile is completly empty. 

Maybe I can participate in the sollution?

I really would prefer if you made your own thread.  I'm sure you can participate, provided that you have the same kind of problem.    If your error log is empty, then you probably need to reinstall the launcher and try again.      We can address that from your new thread.
