[RA3] Login issue

Game version: Steam

 

Error message: "A system error occured, if this issue keeps repeating itself contact customer support"

 

When: Happens when trying to log in with the right e-mail and password, server does say password incorrect if it is incorrect.

 

Operating system: Windows 10

 

Additional information: Kane's wrath does work just fine

Please could you attempt a log in or two and them post in here immediately afterwards so I can find that in the server log.      I cannot see an obvious problem with your account at the moment.

Please could you check that the IP address shown in Options->Settings->Network is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one.

 

Please could you also type "Powershell" in Start Menu Search bar, then open Windows Powershell.

 

Then type Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667 and press Enter. Please could post the result in here.
