I don't know if this section is the right section to ask question. But anyway, I am going post here.
So I downloaded C&C Online application from cnc-online site and installed on my pc.

When I opened, and click on the games, it showed, "Zero hour installation not found." So I went back to cnc-online site -> registered -> followed the Setup guide.
And I followed this intrustion and got here.
When I got here, I downloaded and installed both Zero Hour Latest official patch (GeneralsZH-104-english.exe) and GenTool as well from [Guide] Patches & Game Versions thread.
Then I tried to install ZH patch. But an error popped up again. It said the below message.
I can't install GenTool as well. Because I don't have Zero Hour game on installed my pc.
Can someone guide me to complete installation? I really want to play again this game.
