Test tool output:

Sending cient START [791801] from port 50520 to nntest.cnc-online.net:30000 Received server START [791801] Server extra port is 40000 Sending client PING [791801] from port 50519 to nntest.cnc-online.net:40000 =========== FAILURE =========== Failed to receive any pings from nntest.cnc-online.net:40000. It appears your router and/or connection is not capable of NAT negotiation. ==> You will need to use port forwarding and possibly configure a static port. Press any key to continue . . . Terminate batch job (Y/N)?

Don't think he can configure DMZ, any options?

Are you sure that he set the DMZ to the current network address of his computer?       The network address of computers and other devices can change.     Some modems allow you to set the DMZ with the computer name and not the IP address.    Do you know which way he did it?
