I've set up my account for this forums site however I was not given the option to enter a separate password for my online gameplay.  When I try logging in within the game, I get the following message: "could not connect to the backend servers."  Any information or tips are greatly appreciated!

 

EDIT:  I've added the online gameplay log-in information to my account but I am still getting the same error message.

 

EDIT2:  When I try opening the game after hooking it to the hub, I get the following error message: "Application load error 5:0000065434."
