Title says it all. It used to crash away with no error messages after a minute or so, but it's been sitting like that for quite some time now. CNC3EP1.exe is under Win 7 compatibility mode running as admin, cnconline.exe is in Win XP SP 3 compatibility mode after the CA key error.  Log from %TEMP%:
