I have the ultimate collection bundle and I've downloaded the fix for it but when I open C&C:Online and click on Zero hour it says not able to launch. I'm not the best figuring out things, but help would be much appreciated. OS is Windows 8.

Are you using the C&C:Online launcher?   You shouldn't use that for Generals or Zero Hour.     Just install GenTool  and start the game from its normal shortcut.
