Could not connect to command and conquer 3 online

I'm trying to setup everything like everyone else is doing VIA all the instructions everyone's throwing around and I got the account info setup correctly to my belief. But when I click to login(using steam) it's just processes for a minute and than says "Could not connect to command and conquer 3 online" I've tried so many different variants and it's killing me. I need some assistance or something

I checked all my profiles and saw which ones were on the website and they show up or deactivate just fine. Game just wont connect for some reason, my internet is stellar. Im not sure what to do at this point..

Your login name is case sensitive and you are entering the name with the wrong capitalisation. Please go onto the C&C:Online web site and check the capitalisation of your server log in name. Be sure to use that (or change it).
