I am trying to log onto online play but for some reason with the info i gotten its not working for me can anyone help me on this I am trying to play Generals on multiplayer using the C&C Online Client but my login is not working ?

Don't us the C&C Online Client (launcher) to launch Generals or Zero Hour. If you have GenTool installed (which you should) you don't need it and it just causes problems. Gentool has build in C&C:Online support, so you should be able to launch your game from its normal shortcut.
