I try to play for the first time to the mod Destination Paris. I discovered this "add-on" yesterday and waouw, it would be very cool ! This community did a really good job, it's fantastics ! Thank you

But I've tried to install it, and it doesn't work.

 

I've bought the game on steam and I installed the mod in the legacy folder like i've seen in few tutorials. However, when I launch the mod, my game crash immediately. I really need help because i tried all the compatibilities set up (windows 98, XP, 7,8...).  I've uninstall/re-install three times but it was not usefull.

 

Could you help me please ? What can I do for that ?

Does the game run fine without mod?

 

Seems windows 10 is a pile of shite for dx9 and below games, glad it had an option for downgrade.

 

If I remember correctly when I had windows 10 I had to install directplay and directx9 for it to work.

Ok thank you ! I found a solution, I used another computer with windows 7

 

So the mod is probably unfunctionnal with windows 10 without directplay and directx9.

 

It would be gratefull to mention that in the "read me"
