Generals Zero Hour ultimate collection Origin. Disconnect

​Cant figure out how to make it work. Help me out please. 

  • What version of the game are you using (Normal, The Ultimate Collection, The First Decade; are you on Origin, are you on Steam)?
  • Ultimate Collection on Origin

 

  • What kind of error do you get and at what time?
  • When me and my friend try to play online or local network or direct play we see each other then when server loads we get disconnected from each other. My computer takes forever to load, but his loads much faster (maybe cause his is on windows 7). And we both see message that other user disconnected. It does same when trying through online or direct play or network mode. I can login online. Tried adding port 16000 in the options. Tried Windows 7 compatibility mode + administrator permissions. Gen tools installed.  

 

  • What operating system are you using? (Windows 8, Vista, etc):
  • Windows 10

 

  • Your error log file. This can be found by typing %TEMP% into your Windows search bar. The file you need is called CNCOnline_Log.txt. You may upload it into your post or copy and paste its contents.  --
  • No CNC online cause for generals we dont need it. 

 

  • If you cannot connect to other players, also do this:
  • I tried NAT test and it shows port forwarding not required. Firewall is completely off.

So here is some more details to the issue.

We can both play online with other players. BUT when we connect together to same game it always disconnects.

But separately we can play.

Do you think you could get your friend to run the connection test and then post the result in here himself?    We can learn much more if he posts here.
