Hello admin.....

i get this error when connect with my friend in malaysia...not shared same network.....if i or he play with other person in other country...we can join them...but we cannot be host for game...this error occur....please tell me how to fix it...thanks you

Your image is not displaying, so I can't see the error. However, I imagine that it is simply a quality of service issue where both of your internet connections are not quite strong enough.

i use 30mbps speed of unifi  in malaysia....i think that strong enough...

I can't access the image like that.   Please could you attach it to a post as an attachment (not a link).       I am not 100% when the problem occurs and when it does not either; please could you clarify?      Can you get your friend in here with his connection test result?

Hi all people, i have this problem too. Me and my friends in Brazil cannot play together but we all play with players from the other coutries.

Presumably these are all players from Brazil but they are not playing from the same internet connection?

Yes. All players from Brazil. About 10 people. Same and diferent internet connections. All people see each other on the lobby but when one of them creates a game, the others cannot even see a game created. This problem is since this year (2017) begins. We people are very sad because about a six months we cannot play with our friends. Only with another players in other countries. If we (two or more of us) get in to a game maked in other coutry, we crash the game! We need a solucion! Please help us!!!!
