And can i play co-op with friend in campaing?

Yes you can play co-op with your friend in Red Alert 3, using C&C:Online.
But you can't play co-op in Red Alert 3 Uprising, because Uprising does not have a co-op mode at all.

OK,but...I launched it, and this is don't work. Game just don't want to open.

I have the same problem, I try to launch the game through the c&c online and it won't launch at all, and I hook the game and it tries to launch it but steam gets a report that the game is already launching it no where to be found

Found the solution:

1) Launch the game from steam

2) Hide the game and launch CC Online

3) Click the Red alert button in CC Online

4) Quit the Red Alert 3 game

5) Launch the game from CC Online
