So I bought the Steam version of Red Alert 3 yesterday and noticed EA turned their servers offline. I downloaded C&C Online and followed the instructions. When clicking on Red Alert 3 in the C&C:Online game launcher, the small red window opens as if the game is starting normally. After that, nothing happens, no error message, nothing else. 

 

I'm running Windows 10 64 bit version

I'm having the same issue with my steam RA3. No error message though the red loading box just closes after a few seconds of the game appearing to be loading.
