So I know we already have Red Alert 1 units and structures in the form of the construction yard, tech center, the radar dome, and the ranger. I was wondering if maybe we could expand upon those units a bit more and maybe make a separate mode out of those?

There is a separate game-mode for RA1.

 

It's called Dawn of the Tiberian Age.
