That's garbage, it's just a collection of trainers and BEL save games. It doesn't contain any new maps or missions.
By the way, there also was a german "addon" that also only contained patches, trainers and savegames.
It had a "decent" cover though:
Needless to say that it was taken down by Eidos as soon as they found out about it
