Hi 

When me and my friends is trying to play Red Alert 3 in multiplayer, we can join a game, but the game will not start. It says "connection failed" every time. We have C&C: Online installed. Are there anything we can do to make it work. It used to work perfectly, but it have not for a long time.

Please could you and your friend both run the connection test How to Report Issues and post the result in here.    It might help if you got your friend to post in here too.
