I've never owned Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 until today, and I noticed that the member management is only for claiming old nicknames, is there a way I can make one So I can play online?

Once your account is set up, you can just log in with a name of your choice and provided that it is not already in use by someone else, the name will be created for you.

My account on here, just really confused, someone provided a link in another thread that led to where you can create a username and a server password, is that it, or is it something else, and sorry if I'm being annoying just really confused.

Yes, you want the Web Site, where you can create your server password and server log in name (not used for RA3):    C&C:Online web site

 

Use your credentials from this forum to log in there.

I actually did that, is keeps telling me the specified account or subaccount name was not found

OK please try to log in again and then post in here immediately afterwards.    I'll check the log.

When you tried just now and the time before that, you entered your email address incorrectly (you introduced an extraneous "e" character).       Previously, you were not entering a nick name at all.
