I've recently purchased Red Alert 3 on steam and am trying to launch it on Windows 10. Whenever I attempt to launch the game through the C&C:Online Launcher I get "CA public key patching routine failed."

I have also attempted to run the launcher in compatability mode for Windows XP service packs 2 and 3 getting the same error each time. Reinstalling the launcher does not seem to help either as it still results in the same error.
